CHOOSE THE RIGHT!!!

Student Success Statement
“Set your goals high, and don’t stop till you get there.”

Bo Jackson

This quote is true because you should always set high goals and standards for yourself and not stop until you reach them. When you reach your goals you will feel good about yourself and if these goals benefit others they too will feel good. The bigger your dreams, the more work but when you accomplish them there is nothing you can’t do.

Student Success Statement

“The mind is the limit. As long as the mind can envision the fact that you can do something, you can do it – as long as you really believe 100 percent.”

Arnold Schwarzenegger

What I think this quote is trying to say is that if you set something in your mind to do then you can do it no matter what. Sure there’s times in which you can’t keep going because you feel you can’t but that’s when you should push yourself harder and show yourself that you can. Ones biggest enemy is ones’ self. If you can conquer yourself and take complete control of your will then you can become anything and go anywhere you wish.

"You cant put a limit on anything. The more you dream, the faster you get."

Michael Phelps
22 Olympic Medals (18 Gold)]

This statement is true because if you dream and perceive that just makes your dreams stronger and harder to be broken apart by others. If you want to become something in life, someone important, don't let anyone tell you that you cant, instead you prove them wrong and make them say that you did. I once heard that people tell you that you cant only because they're scared to try themselves.

“Try a little harder to be a little better”
Gordon B. Hinckley

This statement is true because when you try harder to get more work done or whatever you’re trying harder for, it will pay off. Think about it this way, if its Friday night and you’re up till midnight doing homework and you complete it, you won’t have homework for the weekend.  This applies to anything; if you try harder to reach your goals then you will feel better when you reach them.

“If you want to achieve excellence, you can get there today. As of this second, quit doing less-than-excellent work.”

Thomas J Watson

If you want to achieve greatness then you need to start doing great work because you don’t get it by doing nothing. Everything that people have is because they worked hard for it and well it paid off. If you want to have good things and great rewards then you must work until you reach your goals and conquer them. Always remember, all good comes from better work and much more effort.

“It’s not the will to win but, the will to prepare to win that makes the difference.”

Paul Bear Bryant

This quote is true because you can’t just win automatically, you need to plan and prepare. It takes a lot to reach goals, sometimes, but when you conquer all the problems that’s when you really win and that’s when you become a champion. Champions are not formed over night it takes a lot of perseverance and dedication the only difference from them and regular people is that they are willing to do it all.

“Righteous community unity starts with ONE upright soul, whether it is a community of family members, students, neighbors, teammates, or business associates. Unity conquers worthy pursuits more quickly and with less effort than individual effort alone.”

Mr. Haymore

I think this quote is true. Working by yourself can be powerful but working as a team is even more powerful and can have a great impact on anyone or anything. A good example would be a group project, you can choose to do it on your own but if you work in a team then it can be done way faster. We should show people that change is real and that it can happen with ones will.

Home Health Aide

Duties and Responsibilities: Home health Aides work for companies who provide in home assistance to the ill or in need. They usually take the temperature, blood pressure, and pulse of the patients.  They also assist their patients in case they need help getting out of bed, changing, or taking a shower.

Salary: $8,000 - $18,000

Education: To be a Home Health Aide you basically just need a high school diploma or GED. However some community colleges offer training.

I don’t think I would like to be a Home Health Aide because it doesn’t seem so interesting to me and I wouldn’t like it to be my career.

Together Everyone Achieves More
ANON

This statement is true because everything is better when you work in a team. The work gets divided equally and things that you may not know how to do somebody else might and you just help each other out. If you are one of those persons who does not like working in a team then you should really change that. Lets say you have a project due for a class and its to much work your partner or partners can help you finish it. So if you work in a team you will achieve more no matter what.
