Pharmacist

Duties and responsibilities: Pharmacists prepare and organize prescriptions written and ordered by any type of doctor or physician. They get the exact amount of medicine needed and prepare it so that you can just go pick it up. They are also there to answer any questions anyone may have over the medication.

Salary: $33,000 - $51,000

Education: A high school diploma or GED is needed. Some pharmacy schools will accept students directly from high school. However, there are some colleges that will make you take two pre years and then pass the P-CAT to get into the college.

 

Reflection: This is a career that I will keep in mind because it does catch my attention and seems interesting.
