You shouldn’t do stuff just to get something in return. If you really want to help out and do what’s right for someone then it should come through your own will and from your heart. The feeling of helping out or choosing the right is better than any prize.  A good example would be when your mom asks you to take care of your little siblings or to take out the trash, you should do it because you want to and not because she’s forcing you to do it. Dean Smith is an good hearted man that did what he had to do because it was right and people really appreciated, he never asked for anything he just did his job.

When your friends or even your family are doing the wrong things you choose the right. Never follow the crowd just to be cool or feel cool because you’re just being dumb. A good example would be when you go to a friend’s party and there is drugs and alcohol and you choose to not do anything or consume anything that’s the best choice you can make. Not only is it the right thing to do but you will also feel good.
